Coffee like is used to be
Escaffè was founded in 1998 by the idea of two entrepreneurial brothers, Rocco and Gerardo Esposito, who decided to create a coffee brand with their name: Esposito caffè. The Esposito brothers, therefore, have been part of the world of coffee since 1971, starting a dealership selling furniture and coffee machines on behalf of Faema spa, bars and public places. It is through the installation of the first vending machines in the then few industries in the capital of Basilicata that, with tenacity and constancy, develops an activity that for about 30 years has seen the Esposito brothers protagonists throughout the territory of Basilicata.
Passion and multi-year experience
The experience of the owners in the field of automatic distribution is consolidated from year to year. During this experience, the two wear the clothes of dealers of brands already established on the market, and it is thanks to the close relationship with the leading brands in the sector that develops that intuition that will change their lives forever. Not only recklessness, but first of all a proven experience on field constitute, therefore, the bases of a project destined to leave an indelible mark in the history of Oppido Lucano. In 1998 Torrefazione Escaffè was born, leading the Esposito brothers to become entrepreneurs of the product they were distributing, and ensuring the supply of a good and healthy coffee. Coffee like it used to be.
